UST?10LX 工作原理（TOF 飛行時(shí)間 + 旋轉(zhuǎn)鏡 2D 掃描）

1. 測(cè)距核心：脈沖激光 TOF（飛行時(shí)間法）

• 內(nèi)置 905nm 紅外激光二極管，發(fā)射短脈沖激光（人眼安全 Class 1）。

• 激光打到障礙物反射，被內(nèi)部高速光電探測(cè)器接收。

• 精確測(cè)量 發(fā)射 → 接收的時(shí)間差 Δt。

• 距離公式：

  D = c × Δt / 2

2. 二維掃描：高速旋轉(zhuǎn)反射鏡（270° 扇形面）

• 內(nèi)部電機(jī)帶動(dòng)反射鏡高速旋轉(zhuǎn)（約 2400rpm）

• 激光先射到旋轉(zhuǎn)鏡，再反射出去，形成水平 270° 掃描扇面

• 每一圈分成 1081 個(gè)角度點(diǎn)，角分辨率 0.25°。

• 每點(diǎn)獨(dú)立測(cè)距，輸出一圈 270° 的距離?角度二維輪廓。

3. 掃描速度與數(shù)據(jù)輸出

• 掃描周期 25ms / 圈（每秒 40 圈，40Hz），比 UST?05LN 快很多。

• LX = 以太網(wǎng)輸出（100BASE?TX），用 SCIP 協(xié)議，適合 ROS、AGV 導(dǎo)航、SLAM 建圖。

• 同時(shí)帶同步輸出、開關(guān)量 I/O，可設(shè)區(qū)域預(yù)警 / 危險(xiǎn)區(qū)。

4. 關(guān)鍵參數(shù)（幫助理解原理）

• 測(cè)距：0.06–10m（白板），0.06–4m（10% 反射率）

• 精度：±40mm；重復(fù)精度 σ < 30mm

• 防護(hù)：IP64；溫度：-10℃～+50℃

• 重量：約 130g，體積 50×50×70mm、
